Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • A receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

If the item has been used or installed, we will review the case based on the photos you provide.
If the product is not fully damaged, we may still offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
Our goal is to make the process simple, fair, and transparent — never difficult.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 60 days of delivery for any item that arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping for Returns

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@oldensouk.com — we will provide you with the return shipping address and clear instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

  • Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
