Processing Time

  • Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery Timeframes

  • United States & Canada: FedEx Express delivery within 2 business days.

  • International Orders: FedEx Express delivery within 3–5 business days.

  • Customized Orders: Please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for our artisans to craft and finish your made-to-order items before shipping. (This time does not include delivery.)
